Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Lilly Hill. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for any manufacturing or workmanship defect. Any other returns are by discretion only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packing, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restringing
Leather cord is a natural material and will wear over time. Should your jewelry need to be restrung from wear, we will be glad to do this for a $25 flat fee.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item until the return is approved. Shipping costs will be added to the refund once approved.
